NEW MEMBER FIRST-TIME EXCLUSIVE GIFT
Terms & Conditions :
1. My Kiehl’s Rewards Program membership, privileges and reward points are only applicable to customers who purchase at Kiehl’s stores and e-shop in Hong Kong and Macau only, not applicable to duty-free shops. The membership and all loyalty points will expire in 12 months from purchase date. 2. Redemption of gift is only available for the members who have purchase record in past 12 months. 3. Rewards points are personal to the individual member. Gift can only be redeemed by Kiehl’s member in person. 4. Members are required to present identity proof and verify their identities via One-Time-Password upon redemption of loyalty points at stores. 5. Redeemed points cannot be reused. 6. Redeemed gifts cannot be exchanged, returned or refunded. 7. Maximum 5 gifts per item per customer in a year. 8. Gifts are redeemed on a first come first served basis, while stocks last. 9. Members are required to make designated purchase amount in past 12 months in order to enjoy birthday privileges. 10. 2nd Purchase Gift is only applicable to customers who register as new member upon first purchase in current year and is not applicable to the same purchase as membership registration date. 11. New Member First-time Exclusive Gift is only available for redemption on the day the customer becomes member. Customer can only redeem either 1 set of deluxe-sized sample x 3 (650 points) or 1 set of deluxe-sized samples x 5 (1000 points). 12. Shopping at Store & Online Reward: Customer must purchase at any Hong Kong or Macau Kiehl’s stores and e-shop each once from 1st January to 31st December 2024 to earn the reward. Each customer can only enjoy once in 2024. 13. Product Recycling Reward: All Kiehl’s plastic and glass bottles are acceptable, excluding travel size and samples. 14. Customer can only enjoy “Bring Your Own Bag” offer once per day. 15. Friend-Get-Friend Reward is only applicable to Kiehl’s Summit and Everest members. Eligible member (“Referrer”) can enjoy 500 points upon referring a customer to register as Kiehl’s new member and make a single purchase of HKD1,000/MOP1,030 on the same day to become Kiehl’s Super member. Each referrer can enjoy the reward at most 10 times from 1st January to 31st December 2024. 16. Photos are for reference only. Kiehl’s reserves the right to change the redemption gift and amend the above Terms & Conditions without prior notice. 17. Should there be any disputes, Kiehl’s decision should be final.
